The child was recently placed with his sister and a relative caregiver; however, the room he is sharing with his younger male cousin currently has one king sized bed. The family is in need of assistance with getting a separate bed so that the child and his cousin may continue sharing a room. Once this request is met, the relative caregiver will be able to receive caregiver funds to help meet the children's needs. A lightly used foldable bed would be greatly appreciated, but a foldable bed with twin mattress is currently available on Walmart.com at the price given if possible.

This participant is a loving and devoted mother who is currently experiencing homelessness and living rough while diligently searching for employment and stable housing. Despite the challenges she faces, she remains motivated, determined, and hopeful about rebuilding her life and creating a safe, stable environment for her family. Her greatest goal is to regain housing and work toward reunification with her daughter. With limited resources, meeting basic needs such as clothing, shoes, and personal hygiene products has become increasingly difficult. Assistance with these essential items would help restore her dignity, confidence, and ability to prepare for employment opportunities. A $45 phone card would also provide a vital connection to potential employers, housing providers, and other support services as she continues working toward stability. By receiving assistance with these immediate needs, the participant can preserve the limited funds she has saved and put them toward securing housing. Your support would provide more than essential supplies; it would offer encouragement, hope, and a meaningful step toward independence and family reunification. With continued determination and a helping hand, she is working hard to overcome her circumstances. The participant is requesting assistance with obtaining much-needed clothing for her minor siblings, who were recently placed in her care after being removed from their parents’ home due to unsafe living conditions. The children arrived with very few belongings and lack adequate, seasonally appropriate clothing. The participant and her husband are caring for her siblings while also raising their two children. Although they are committed to providing a safe, stable, and nurturing home for everyone, the added financial responsibilities have created hardship, making it difficult to cover household expenses and purchase the clothing the children need. The family has been fortunate to receive some support from relatives and community members; however, additional assistance is still needed. The requested items include two large shirts with pants sized 34W x 36L and one small shirt with pants sized 30W x 32L. Providing these clothing items would help ease the family’s financial burden and ensure the children have comfortable, appropriate clothing as they adjust to their new living environment. This support would help restore a sense of comfort and dignity for the children while allowing the family to focus on maintaining a safe and stable home during this transition. The family previously had bunk beds, but after one of the children was injured, the mother no longer feels that bunk beds are a safe option. She now hopes to provide each child with an individual bed to ensure their safety and comfort throughout the night. As a single parent living with a disability, she faces significant challenges in meeting her children's needs on her limited income. Receiving three twin beds would ease a tremendous financial burden and help her create a safer, more secure sleeping environment for her little ones. This assistance would provide more than beds; it would offer peace of mind to a mother who is working hard to protect her children and give them the stability and comfort they deserve. Her baby boy enjoys cows, butterflies, and the color blue. He is a larger baby and would benefit from clothing in size 12 months. Size 4 diapers are also greatly appreciated. The family is currently residing in a halfway house following the mother’s successful transition from a residential substance abuse treatment program. She has maintained sobriety for several months and is actively seeking employment as she continues to work toward stability for herself and her son. The baby has experienced some respiratory issues, and a little extra support and encouragement would mean a great deal to this family. The mother has faced significant challenges, including the loss of custody of other children, and is committed to making positive changes and providing a safe, stable, and loving environment for her son. She is making meaningful progress and working hard to build a brighter future for her family. With a little assistance and support, we hope to help ease some of her current challenges and bring some joy to both mother and baby during this important time in their lives.

The family is experiencing a financial hardship. Mx is trying to relocate due to some safety concerns in the neighborhood but cannot afford to do so at this time. Mx has been able to pay her bilsl, however, she is struggling to pay some of her bills on time and has been paying some of them on her credit cards when needed. Mx has shared that both girls still have the beds that they had when they were little and their feet are hanging off the bed. One of the girls often sleeps on the floor because the bed hurts her back. She explained that she is not able to afford food easily and also has had to put groceries on a credit card regularly. Mx is in needs 2 full size beds or larger for the 17yr old and 18yr old and groceries or gift cards for groceries. Mx is also interested in knowing where some of the local food pantries are so she can access when funds are tight. 17yr old is about 5'6 and weighs 174lbs 18yr old is about 5'7 and weights 114lbs

We are working with a father who is navigating as a single parent and has just started a new job. He is in need of bedding and bed items for his three children at this time. He has a 2 girl,3 girl, and 11 years old boy. He would like a twin bunk beds, as well the mattresses and bedding for his 2- and 3-year-old daughters. He states he need a twin-size mattress for his 11 years as well comforters. He states the 2-year-old likes Paw Patrol and the 3-year-old likes Paw Patrol or Bluey. Teh 11 year stated he does not have any special characters he likes as long as it's not girly The children will be able to sleep in their own beds and rooms instead of the toddlers sleeping on the floor.

The children came in to care in August 2025. There are 3 boys and 3 girls and the mother is pregnant with the 7th child. The mother has been engaging in services to strengthen and enhance her protective capacities in order to reunify with the six children who are placed with her sister. The mother will be reunifying with the children by herself/no father assistance. She is working part-time as she is high-risk with her pregnancy. She has the boys and the baby's rooms ready to go. She is in need to a bunk bed and a single bed for the girls. The girls are 5, 4 and 3 years old. The 5 year old likes blue. The 4 year old and 3 year old like pink and purple. The mother has tried to get what she can but at this point the baby is due in a month and she needs to get the girl's bedroom situated before the baby comes. Getting the girl's room completed will be a huge stress relief for her so can focus on her ongoing stability and impending birth of her next child.
