This request is made to help preserve the kinship placement of three siblings who are currently in the care of their grandmother. The grandmother has worked hard to rearrange her life and finances to meet the children’s needs but is facing unexpected financial hardship and is not yet receiving funding due to the newness of the placement. Recently, both her microwave and oven have stopped working, creating an immediate challenge in providing daily meals for the children. Donations of a microwave and/or oven would greatly support the household during this time. Items do not need to be new, as the caregiver is simply grateful for working appliances.
