Hard working single mother of 4 children is trying to complete her GED to possibly enroll in a training program. She works a full-time position that affords her just enough money to meet her budget and not much else. She has decided to complete her GED online. The most important tool to complete this advancement in her education journey requires she have a laptop. Her dilemma is that her budget does not allow for her to purchase a laptop. She has budgeted and tried to find the money, but it always must go to her family or bills she must pay to sustain her family. We are requesting assistance with either purchasing a laptop or providing a refurbished and updated laptop for her to complete her GED and further her education to obtain better employment. We are appreciative of any assistance for this single mother who has chosen to further her education for marketability to obtain gainful employment.
