This request is placed with the intent of preserving the kinship placement of a three-year-old little girl who has been recently sheltered with non-relative caregivers. While the caregivers are super excited and have been taking family leave to create as loving and as comfortable of an environment for their new addition, they have quickly realized that the toddler is growing fast and with no funding coming into the home through our agency (due to the newness of the placement), they are really needing help with acquiring a few items. The toddler will be starting Prek-K very soon and her caregivers, who are wishing to adopt her when the time comes, want her to have a safe and fun time during this transition period both for her and for them too.
