The child just moved to foster care on 8/3/26. She hasn’t been in foster care long enough to receive the back-to-school stipend for clothing shopping and she has outgrown almost all of her clothes that she was able to bring with her for school. The child is a 14-year-old female who is entering in the 9th grade.
