This request is made with the intent to preserve the kinship placement of a one-year-old little guy who has recently changed placements to stay with his great grandmother. While grandma recently retired, she is needing our assistance regarding acquiring a few items for the home to make this transition as smooth as possible. Due to the newness of the placement, there is no funding currently coming into the home. The caregiver does state that the item does not have to be new as she’d reuse something preloved. She’d really like for the little guy to sit with them for dinner and establish a family routine with him as he is entering into being a toddler. The little guy is also growing fast and could really use 18months clothes tops and shorts (since summer is nearly here!) and size 4 Huggies diapers, if possible, as well.
