This request is made with the intent to preserve the kinship placement of a fifteen-year-old girl who has been recently sheltered with a non-relative caregiver. While the caregiver does have a child of her own around the same age, she has been moving around her work schedule and her life schedule to accommodate this youth (alongside her own child) and provide her the most comfortable life she can. The caregiver is not receiving any income due to the newness of the placement and is struggling with a few clothing items for the teen girl. The youth is not girly but rather has a basic style. She likes converse, blue jeans, and graphic tees. She’s a cool girl and is not showy. The youth would appreciate anything she may receive. This need being met would lift a weight off of this caregiver’s shoulders. Thank you all for your time!
