This single mother of three is nearing successful case closure after completing all required programs and working hard toward stability. She recently secured employment at the VA Senior Residence and begins Monday, a critical step toward long-term independence for her family.
She currently lacks the required work attire and transportation. She needs black work shoes, two pairs of black cargo pants, and a bus pass, totaling approximately $115–$120.
Compounding the stress, her 14-year-old son was recently hit by a vehicle while riding his e-bike home from school. He suffered a fractured elbow and is recovering at home. Despite this setback, she remains committed to moving forward.
This support will remove immediate barriers, help her start work successfully, and strengthen the family’s path toward stability and closure.
